Delivery and Pickup Information

Is today your delivery day? Track Your Delivery Here!

  • Customer Pickup from our Distribution Center or any store location is free of charge.
  • Our loadout team will load and tie down your items.
  • For changes to your order, please contact your sales associate at the store location where you purchased the items.

Pick up at our Distribution Center

  • Pick up is available at our Distribution Center anytime from 8am-6pm Monday- Saturday as long as you call at least 30 minutes in advance to let us know what time  you will arrive.
  • When you arrive, please let the front desk receptionist know your name and Order #, and they will check in your order.

Pick up at a Store Location

  • Contact your sales associate to schedule a pick up. Pick up (with no assembly) is available anytime after 12pm on the scheduled pick up date. 
  • When you arrive to pick up your furniture, please go into the store and check in at the front desk. 
  • An associate will check in your order then ask you to pull around the back to our loadout zone.
  • A loadout team will load and tie down your items in your vehicle.
  • *Note- All items will come in their original packaging. Assembly may be purchased for an additional fee. (See store for details.)

Prior to Delivery

  • Please clear the area in preparation for your delivery. Our delivery personnel are not authorized to move existing home furnishings.
  • Your Delivery Team will call when they are in transit to your home.
  • We are unable to schedule specific time frames for Next Day Deliveries.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

Our Delivery Team will:
  • Ask you where you would like your new furniture placed.
  • Ensure all merchandise is properly assembled and set up.
  • Show you how to operate any items with power components.
  • Remove all trash and packaging from your home.

Prior to Delivery

  • You will receive a call 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery date to confirm your delivery information.
  • The day before your delivery, you will receive an automated call or text with your 2-hour delivery time frame. You will also receive a call from the Delivery Team when they are in transit to your home.
  • If you have any changes to your delivery, please notify your sales associate or the delivery department at least 2 days prior to your delivery date.

After delivery, we guarantee our furniture for one full year against manufacturer defects, or we will repair or replace the item at our option.

Because natural materials vary, we cannot control the kind of grain or finish color you receive. Whenever possible, we will match or carefully select a complementary grain, but variations must be expected.

Merchandise marked "Customer Assembly Required" is delivered in factory packed cartons for assembly by the purchaser.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • "As-is" merchandise and other specifically marked "final sale" items.
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse or accidents.
  • Damage or discoloration caused by sunlight.
  • Abnormal wear, fading, or shrinkage of any fabric.
