Ashley’s Journey Here:
Ashley Guillory-Louis has been a Customer Service team member at Home Furniture Plus Bedding since May 2018 and in May 2022, she was promoted to Assistant Customer Service Manager. Prior to joining our team, Ashley was an insurance agent.
What do you like best about your job?
“I like the environment and my co-workers. Home Furniture is not a stressful place to be. Not only do we get our jobs done and we take it seriously, but it’s like family.”
Flint Davis, Customer Relations Director, adds, “One of my greatest opportunities has been getting the chance to experience is seeing Ashley grow as a person and in her position. Her pure willingness to learn is one of her strongest attributes. Over the course of two years, Ashley has applied herself becoming a true asset to our company. One of the things that makes her so special is that she cares about our customer service team and our department. When Ashley is not at work:
“I love spending time and traveling with my family creating memories for our kids! But when I do have some free time for myself, I like shopping and gifting myself with a ‘Self-Care Day’ that includes a massage and getting a manicure and pedicure.”
The ONE thing most co-workers may not know:
“I am a proud Dale Carnegie graduate and I have an associate's degree in Business Administration from an online college!”
Advice for anyone wishing to join our Home Furniture Team:
“The job is challenging, but you just have to experience it yourself to be successful. For the most part, it doesn’t feel like work at Home Furniture.”
Born and raised in Opelousas LA, Ashley resides in her hometown with her husband, Michael, and their children.
