The US Environmental Protection Agency has enacted regulations under the Toxic Substance Control Act Title VI concerning formaldehyde emission standards for composite wood, hardwood plywood and medium density fiber board products. Best Home Furnishings and the American Home Furnishings Alliance are supporters of this uniform standard and Best will continue to comply with all relevant indoor air quality regulations including TSCA Title VI.
