Purchase and Warranty Information

We offer a one-year limited warranty on all new merchandise, excluding:

  • Accessories
  • Clearance items
  • Items sold “as-is” or as floor samples
“As-is” and floor sample items are sold in their current condition and may show signs of wear or damage. These items are final sale and not eligible for warranty, return, or exchange.
  • No warranty or exchanges apply to items purchased for commercial use or on a commercial account.
  • Commercial use includes furniture used in offices, rental properties, Airbnb, hotels, or any business setting.
  • Inspect items at pickup or delivery for any defects or damage.
  • A $75/hour fee applies to repairs or service calls for commercial-use furniture.
  • Upholstery: sofas, loveseats, ottomans, sectionals, recliners, and chairs.
  • Case Goods: dressers, nightstands, chests, tables, dining chairs, desks, and beds.

Coverage & Conditions:

  • Cushions, sleeper, and reclining mechanisms are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
  • Manufacturer’s warranty supersedes store policies.
  • Mold and mildew are not covered.
  • Remove all original plastic/protective coverings after delivery or pickup to avoid voiding the warranty.
  • Extended storage in plastic can cause mold/mildew.
  • Customers are responsible for removing packaging and ensuring proper storage.

Refunds:

  • Allowed within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.
  • Subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Issued within 15 business days:
    • By check (unless paid by credit card or financing)
    • Credit card purchases refunded to the original card
    • Financed purchases refunded to the financing account
  • Each item may have its own manufacturer’s limited warranty.
  • Using a mattress without a proper protector, cover, foundation, or solid surface may void the warranty.
  • Follow care instructions to maintain warranty coverage.
  • Manufacturer’s warranty overrides store policies.
  • No returns on adjustable bases—refer to the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Mold and mildew are not covered.
  • Remove all non-breathable plastic coverings after delivery or pickup.
  • Returned items may incur a $175 restocking fee.
  • We do not offer any comfort guarantee / trial period unless the manufacturer offers one.

The minimum trial period is the number of days you must keep the mattress before initiating a return.

  • Failure to remove original plastic or protective coverings
  • Improper storage (e.g., damp or unventilated areas)
  • Use in a commercial setting
  • Misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions
  • No warranty on accessories.
  • Returns/exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of pickup or delivery if item is in the condition it was purchased.
  • Accessories include (but are not limited to): lamps, mirrors, pictures, rugs, and decorative items.
  • Labor and service for manufacturer defects are covered for 1 year from purchase.
  • After 1 year, a $75/hour fee applies.
  • If you did not purchase our delivery and setup service, assembly is available at $55/hour.
  • Setup of furniture and mattresses
  • Inspection upon delivery
  • Removal of trash and packing materials
  • One-year in-home service for manufacturer defects
Note: We do not haul away old furniture or mattresses—no exceptions.
  • Customers must inspect items before leaving the premises.
  • We are not responsible for damage during customer transport.
  • For issues, we can schedule an in-home inspection.
  • If picked up, the customer must return the item.
  • If delivery is requested for the exchange, a $149 delivery fee applies.
